This relatively smokeless and odor-free moxa stick is easy to use. Uniform and slow-burning, non-reactive to the skin. The smokeless moxa roll is comprised of charcoal mixed with traditional herbs and compressed into a rigid stick. The main herb is moxa leaf (Artemisia Vulgaris or Mugwort) with additional herbs including rhizoma seu, radix notopterygium, and asarum heterotropoides. The odor and smoke produced from these slow-burning moxa sticks are minimal compared with the traditional moxa roll.
